2023 SITC International Headquarters Training Launch Briefing
In May 2023, the management skills training for each center of SITC International Headquarters has been fully launched. This year's training will be conducted by three training teams, Administrative Center& Financial Center SAP dep., Finance Center, and Operations Management Center, covering the cultivation of efficient execution ability, problem analysis and resolution, efficient workplace communication and expression, mastery of expression skills throughout the field, digital operation system and construction, and future finance in the intelligent era. Targeted training targeting different positions and populations, with a focus on improving execution, management skills, team communication and collaboration, financial and tax related knowledge and skills, as well as IT position knowledge and skills.
Through some of the learned courses, the organization conducted discussions and communication, combined the learned content with their own, summarized and summarized past work problems, and planned for future work prospects.
