Brief Report of 2023 SITC Jan.-Aug. Management Review Meeting
On Oct.10th, 2023, SITC held 2023 Jan.-Aug. Management Review Meeting. Chairman Mr. Yang Shaopeng, Vice Chairman& CEO Mr. Yang Xianxiang, General Manger and above, independent company principals，independent financial officer.
At the meeting, Mr. Chairman Yang commented the Jan.-Aug. performance, stating that in the rapidly changing economy, it is necessary to establish confidence, continuously prevent risks, comprehensively layout, and sustain development. MR.CEO Yang Xianxiang analyzed that in the context of the global market economy, inflation in Europe and America, and the overlapping cycles in China, the shipping industry is facing pressure from capacity, cargo volume, and freight rates. We need to actively respond from aspects such as products, services, internal management, employee capabilities, and efficiency improvement.
GM of SITC headquarters, Presidents of business groups, GM of SITC LINE SHANGHAI and SITC THAILAND DEPOT also reported the respective company's work summary and the work plan for the next stage.
