2024 SITC Headquarters Management Skills Training Launched Briefing
In June 2024, the management skills training for each centre of SITC Headquarters has been fully opened. This year's training was carried out in three centers, Administration center, Financial centre and Operation Management Center, covering management skills in efficient execution, problem solving, risk control, systematic thinking, efficient communication as well as professional skills in financial analysis, operation and maintenance testing, front-end mobile, human resources and other knowledge.
In the discussion session of some of the learned courses, everyone combined the course content with their own experience, summarized the problems in the past work and planned the future work outlook. Through this year's training, we will unite knowledge and practice, continuously optimize and refine, and gradually achieve knowledge and skills updating and quality enhancement, in order to promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.
